1 Acceptance of Terms

Where duplicate accounts are identified, MCW88 will close the additional accounts and may void any winnings associated with them.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

MCW88 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. MCW88 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Deposits are credited to your MCW88 account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact MCW88 support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. MCW88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed during business hours. VIP members receive priority withdrawal processing.

Wagering requirements must be completed in full before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. 6 Gameplay Rules

In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the game server result, the server result will be considered the definitive outcome. In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including disconnection, server error, or software malfunction — MCW88 will attempt to resolve the round based on the game state recorded on the server at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be completed, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned to the player's account.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the player.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the MCW88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Opening or operating more than one MCW88 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an advantage.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through any means.

• Abusing the bonus system, including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times.
